Thimble and Bobbin, made using a wire armature, styrofoam and skinned using thread. My intension with these puppets was to explore a more cartoon-like animation style. I was inspired by 2D techniques and so made replacement body pieces, allowing for squash and stretch, as well as additional limbs on pins, for smear frames.
